      Was there so much sex or unrealistic sex that you rolled your eyes and/or skipped forward? Almost

      The back story... The MCs grew up together and had an antagonistic relationship. Right before college, they have hate-sex in a bratwurst van. She gets caught and gets kicked out of the college she is about to attend.

      The Romance... They don't see it until nearly the 75% mark.

      The drama explosion... She sees something traumatic from her past and runs home believing that the H is responsible for it.

      Did it feel real or contrived? A bit contrived

      Final Notes... This is a very fun story with a ton of sexy times as long as you don't get offended by the continuous insults from the h. My sister grew up with three brothers so I can see a portion of the h's attitude.

      It was a fun rom com but the never ending sex scenes just got too boring for words. If they didn't have sex, I'm afraid they didn't have much else in their relationship.

      Too much Nookie and not enough emotion. Without sex this pair would be relationship poor

      I love her writing style! I laughed so loud that people look at me like I'm crazy when I listen at work. This was a deliciously funny story and I can't wait to start the next book.

      Loved how much Sass Anbrosia gave to Hottie Billionaire w zero Effs. Making great strides to correct policies that were biased. Their hot romance was full of so much steam but had the right amt of funny angst that worked together to make this book amazing. Of course both Ava and Aiden were great Narrators bringing even more to each character making this audiobook that much better.

      This was refreshing and comical. The story was great and imagining the characters was so easy. Her brothers were so perfectly written. All of them came together so well to compliment the two main characters.

      (Chase & Ambrosia): they always say if a boy/girl is continuously picking on you, hitting you or playing pranks on you, they secretly like you… so how did these two miss the memo. I loved this enemies to lovers romance, it was frustratingly hilarious. Sia (Ambrosia) works at an organic grocery store in the marketing department. She loves her job. Until the new owner, Chase shows up. He is her mortal enemy and has been since they were kids and he was her brother's best friend. Their dislike for each other made for some really funny pranks and predicaments they found themselves in. With her friends and brothers on the sidelines watching and secretly knowing that they are meant to be together. I love that the tension and hate sex is continued through the book, the author doesn't not just use their history as a preface, it is the entire story. I love that despite the arguing between them you can tell that they also have a lot in common and are actually a good match. There's witty banter, hot moments and moments of clarity. Really good book.

      Pippa Grant has hit it out of the park again with a super funny, sexy rom-com.

      Chase and Ambrosia have a brother's best friend, childhood enemies to lovers and workplace romance. There are so many tropes really that you have to fall in love with one.

      Ambrosia knows who just bought the company she works for and knows him very well. So well in fact that she's now deciding on how she will seek revenge before she leaves. This starts the whole plan of sabotage and she will not go down without a fight. As her plans start to unfold so do her feelings and what was just revenge sex now turns into something more and not just for Ambrosia.

      As much as Chase finds Ambrosia's game infuriating, it's also the highlight of his whole week and he always defends her corner whenever she starts to get backed up. Not only does he have to deal with coworkers and the board but Ambrosia has brothers. Twin brothers. Famous football brothers with no brain between them.

      Mix that all together and you have one super funny, steamy read with a really good elevator scene.

      DNF. It's just ongoing hate sex with no emotional development plus ineffective adolescent humor. Also, Chase was a bully and left her to take a huge, life-changing fall. But apparently that's fine b/c he's hot.
