      ETA: Just finished! This will be going on repeat, for sure!! Can't wait to get into the PDF! The exercises are the most important part. This helped me in my daily life, while listening, to re-shape my mind & perspective to see and expect positive, vs. the mental rut that is still there, from years old. I know that with God's help, I will have daily victory, too!! Recommend, for all - you don't realize how much is going on "up there" in your mind that you don't own.

I hadn’t listened to any of his sermons or read any of his other books before this and was really impressed with his writing style and just the practicality that is offered in this book.
