About this audiobook
Would you like to destroy attention deficit hypersensitivity disorder (ADHD) and take charge of your life? Then read on.
If you’re ready to take back control of your life, this book will teach you how.
Michelle Martin, a relationship counsellor from Washington D.C., brings you The Science of Destroying Adult ADHD.
Martin uses her understanding of the human mind, counselling experience, and her intensive research to show that you have an inherent power to handle ADHD. She uses simple language, without complex medical jargon, to teach you how ADHD works.
Not only that, she also reveals how to go after the root causes of this mental condition to overcome it once and for all.
That’s not all. In this hard-hitting book on how to crush ADHD, you’ll also discover:
- The mega-self-limiting mistake that adults with ADHD make and a two-step technique to get rid of feelings of guilt, insecurity, and hopelessness.
- How to address the treatment limitation gap from ADHD medication. This personalised approach helps you deal with the root causes for why you sought ADHD treatment in the first place.
- The overlooked side-effects of stimulant drugs on the human brain.
- How to dissolve the emotional baggage that distorts how you see things and yourself, which is central to destroying negative actions and the energy-sapping negative self-talk.
- What ADHD really is...most doctors and typical Americans misunderstand this and make ADHD an unconquerable condition.
And much, much more!
Imagine using less and less ADHD medication from one month to the next. Imaging living your life the way you were meant to: free.
Buy this book now, destroy your ADHD, and replace feelings of inadequacy, guilt, or embarrassment with confidence and courage.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Good techniques hindered by cherry picked studies about ADHD medications to suit the author's anti-stimulant opinion. The techniques and workbook style participation are great though - worth a listen for sure just be warned the anti-stimulant thread is always there.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Mostly feel-good BS with an obvious bias that is easily disproven by years of medical research.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Loved this book. Amazing for people with ADHD! Thank you
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5If you don’t find it useful chances are you don’t have add/adhd is my spin on the nae sayers with bad reviews .
Thinking logically if someone truly has a problem then they read up on sed problem pointing towards adhd the they listen and find they can’t relate to it then maybe it’s just me but maybe that’s no what people have but in my opinion if you are a true struggle busting non-neurotypical then this will hit home all too real!
A lot of unspoken symptoms and traits of a non neurotypical found it really informative and interesting , however I do find Russel Bartley’s books to carry a bit more stealth and is well known for his knowledge id check him out if you are trying to help yourself ? - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A hopeful outlook on managing adulthood ADHD. I appreciate the helpful hands-on tools for managing and overcoming.
The art therapy prompts are especially inspiring for me. I'm looking forward to implementing them! - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The title almost fooled me but its the opposite of what i thought. The title is fantastic and for those with ADHD listen to it in 1, 2 or 3 sessions before do anything else on the matter that brought you here.(listening)
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great insight on coping skills for ADHD, anxiety and depression.
