      So I have now listened to 11 books in this series. I don't know if I can take much more. The narrator is just ok. It took by book 3 to tolerate the male characters voice. **possible spoiler alert** it is Doreens constant complaining about money that is really getting on my nerves. If she is so worried, why doesn't she get a job. And when she is rude to Mack, when he does just about anything and everything for her, she just seems ungrateful now. She complains about buying people food when they have donated all these materials and are doing the work for free. When if she is so worried about money and food, but yet building a new deck is top priority? The only thing that keeps me listening, is Thadeus. Oh how i wish i had that bird.
