About this audiobook
Many people have wondered what bipolar disorder is or what the symptoms are. While starting out with these simple facts, this guide goes much deeper into the subject. It covers a wide range of subtopics that will help you understand the nature of the disorder better.
For example, this book talks about the relationship of bipolar disorder to sleep deprivation, genetics, nutrients, and postpartum depression.
It also highlights some facts about the brain of someone with bipolar disorder, the reason why it’s so dominant in the United States as compared to other countries, and much, much more.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Impressive, I must say. The thoughts from the author made a lot of sense to me. I agreed with all the things, and that's one more reason I am so ecstatic about this audiobook. The writer didn't arbitrarily select little bits and pieces of bad advice, but instead, analyzed the statements enough. In my perspective, it was pretty great. There might just have been a couple of hardly detectable errors in there, but they did not bother me. Anytime you can listen to a storyteller who is that good, and about a theme that you're interested in, you do not care about the other parts. That's the end of the that.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I absolutely loved this book! No doubt about it! I am giving this particular manual 5 stars just because I truly loved it. I know I am certainly not the best of review writers, but this is worthy of praise. The writer and storyteller have clearly put a lot time and energy into these books.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5There are actually lots of awful audio books around, but this is definitely not one of them. There were so many things within this book that I didn't understand up to now. I am thankful I discovered it. It was worth my time, especially because I listened to it while driving to work. The best parts of this book (I forgot which chapters) suggested the most to me. When I heard these things, I immediately understood I had actually made the best option. This book spoke to me.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Extremely good! Have you ever tuned in to a book such as this? I acknowledged a great deal of the things the writer was discussing. Some things went over my head, but that's typical for any book that has actually been composed by a genius. I understand I am certainly not the best of review writers, but this is worthy of appreciation. The writer and storyteller have obviously put so much time and energy into these audiobooks.
