About this audiobook

Adam and Danny are your average couple. Sure, Adam is a ghost — and then he’s not — and then he is again. And, yes, in between crafting lattes, Danny sometimes crafts spells. But other than that, they’re your typical couple — plus or minus a few grimoires. From ghostly best friends to husbands, Adam and Danny find a way to work through all of their troubles ... even death.

Danny loves his new apartment, its stainless steel appliances, low crime rating, and proximity to his job that keeps him from having to take the bus. The only downside? The ghost that haunts it. When Danny reluctantly offers to share the space with Adam the Ghost, he thinks he’s signing up for an awkward roommate situation. Instead, Danny is faced with the very real possibility that Adam might be the love of his life — and that, at any moment, he might lose him forever.

I'd read others reviews about crying and thought that perhaps it wasn't gping to be that bad. Wrong! Great short story and blubbed A LOT! Not my usual read but glad I did add it to my list. Narration was spot on too. Will look up more stories from both.

I would give this 10 stars even though it made me sob so danged hard!! And because it did, it definitely deserves a full five. It’s a beautiful, special story full of emotion and humor and delicious, sweet affection and sentimental growth. I wasn’t expecting it to be so very complicated and to go to the lengths it did, but I’m glad it did. There’s no typical HEA here, but it’s an idea worth exploring… just how rare is it to find your soul mate? And what would you do to keep yours?

I liked this book. I liked Danny, both with Adam and without. Despite listening to the end twice, I'm still not sure they wound up back together.

Tim Todd did a really good job performing this story. I thoroughly enjoyed his narration.

I read this book on June 21st, 2022.

I thought this books was really cool and just goes to show love doesn’t have to be between a man and woman. Lol

This was pretty nice. I thought it might not be, maybe too short, maybe too predictable. But this offered more depth than I’d expected. Way to go, author!
Narrator was good, worked for this for me.

Cute story. I disliked how every chapter it felt like they did a recap of what happened in the last that was annoying but the story itself was cute and very interesting.

Seriously? Was the author so bored that he or she had to take the initial story and make a total mockery of it? A colossal waste of time and data listening to it .
