Is some one interested to understand the reason of the avoidant attachment, it comes from the way guys were raised and the relationship with their mothers .. me as a lady I pray for reconciliation with my mom , since I didn’t know how to set up boundaries during my adult life and that’s why I came to this Amazon book - as always Dr Henry Cloud never disappoints me
