- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I agree with the other reviewer. With all the mispronunciations it was hard to understand the book. He kept on saying the wrong thing, but who knows, maybe the written book has all of those same things.
I would go with another book about the subject matter than this book. - Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I got 20 minutes into this and couldn’t take another second of the narrator’s monotone voice and mispronunciation words.
“Intermediate fasting”,
“Otto-fayjee” etc. my daughter in grade 5 could have done a far better job.
