About this audiobook
We often struggle to let some people go especially when they made that decision. We question the universe, we question ourselves, and we question everyone around us but we never truly get our answers. Letting someone go takes time, patience, and commitment to actively stop ourselves from relapsing and thinking about that person again. The Art Of Letting Go helps you understand why, how, and when you should let someone go so you can move on and never look back.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I think it was from Chapter 28 right up to the end that tugged on my heart the most. It’s really not easy to let someone go.. especially when you’ve allowed them to consume so much space in your heart and mind. Honestly, I wish I had listened to more audiobooks like this when I was going through these break-ups many, many years ago.. Maybe i would have forgiven myself earlier on? Maybe i would have let go of their thoughts in my head, the chokehold on my heart.. Maybe I would have been able to say goodbye without needing to say goodbye. We’ll never know now.
However, listening to this many years post-break-up, it also has allowed me to listen to it with an open mind, as the pain of my broken heart has been buried deep within. It has allowed me to understand my feelings a bit better too. Am I brave enough to dig through my feelings? We’ll find out.1 person found this helpful

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Probably one of the most well written books on the importance of letting go and how it is applicable to everybody’s lives. I just got done with it and I actually want to start it over again just so I can try to this time taken so many well developed points
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Loved it. So much truth said in it that is reasonable
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Mostly quotes from other writers and a few listicles .The author doesn't sound like she's let go of much. In the chapter where she thanks her exes, there is still some bitterness . I only lasted about 4 "chapters". Also, the narrator sounds like AI text to speech.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5That's all about love relation that's doesn't work. Nothing else.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Such a motivational and inspirational book. It is about more than love. I will give it another listen.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Some of the pieces are worth listening to and encouraging... others feel a little heavy handed and overly gendered. I skipped through what I didn't enjoy or relate to.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5The author’s still has her breakups in her life. This is not a good testimony of letting go. I stopped listening because she should’ve wrote about holding on.
