- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Amazing, I must say. If I would need to summarize it, it would be in one term: Brilliant! This is the supreme mix of an excellent storyteller and an excellent author, who collaborated and chose to turn this into a helpful item. Great for them.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Good overview. Interestingly, significant portion of the book was devoted to yoga mat promotion.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5It’s a mat advertisement more than anything else. The real content is repetitive and could be summarised in 10min
