"Change is painful. Few people have the courage to seek out change. Most people won't change until the pain of where they are exceeds the pain of change." — Dave Ramsey
Dave Ramsey doesn't hold back in this book, and tackles the illusion of the American Dream which encourages everyone to keep overspending and drowning in debt for the rest of their life. Dave Ramsey's method is not a theory or an experiment, it works every time due to its simplicity. However, it needs you to step up and have the right mindset and focus on forgetting everything you think you know about money. Dave Ramsey stresses that you don't have to leave in debt your entire life, you can be happy and free knowing that every debt you have is paid off.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5If you're someone who loves books like Rich Dad Poor Dad or Cashflow Quadrant or The 10X Rule, you'll love this.
Although not such a "fun" book like the rest with tons of stories and excitement, this book is important if you want to know how to better manage your money.
Well... I mean this book as in the original "The Total Money Makeover" by Dave Ramsey as well as this summary book.
