About this audiobook
Become more spiritual with these 6 books and get to know your inner self:
Book 1: Ashtanga Yoga - Ashtanga yoga is based on using eight limbs. Synchronizing is what matters most. Good posture, controlled breathing, focus, and other meditative ways of optimizing your inner and outer strength lie at the basis of this particular yoga form.
Book 2: Enneagram - Different personality types seem to be all around us, despite of nature and nurture, they appear to stem from a higher, more essential self that has its own way of acting, thinking, and behaving.
Book 3: - Empath - In a world of self-absorbed individuals, socially impaired ignoramuses, and annoying distractions in busy lives, we need empaths. The empath clearly senses and empathizes with other individuals more easily. He or she can feel in a distinct way how others feel and adjust conversations, behavior, and actions accordingly.
Book 4: Kundalini - The word Kundalini is derived from Sanskrit: Kund, which intends to burn; and kunda, which intends to curl or to be winding. It is frequently depicted as the primordial dormant energy present in three-and-a-half coils at the base of the spine in a triangular bone called the sacrum.
Book 5: Meditation for Beginners - I don't think there is a need to point out or emphasize the importance and prevalence of meditation in this world today. Millions of people are meditating, and millions have learned how uplifting, enlightening, and inspiring it can be.
Book 6: Chakras for Beginners - Can knowledge of your chakras really help you be healed and maintain a more spiritual balance in your life? Chakras can function as portals between the metaphysical and spiritual realm. We can grow, heal, and change in positive ways by acknowledging and comprehending these different energy types in our bodies.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I 'd like everybody to recognize that I strongly recommend this audiobook. I know I am certainly not the best of review writers, but this is worthy of appreciation. The author and storyteller have clearly put a lot time and energy into these books. I did not stop listening till completion. That's how much I enjoyed it. I was delighted to hear the correct pronunciation of all the words by a proficient audiobook producer.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is actually a top-notch book. The articulation of the words in this audio book was terrific, in addition to all the information contained in it. Based on that, I am really glad that I bought the book. It was truly worth my time. I almost missed out on this audiobook, but I am happy that I checked it out anyway. It makes sense what the author says, especially in the last couple of chapters, in which the case becomes a final thought.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Anytime you're excited about anything, you usually tell other people about it. So, that's what I'm doing too. I do not feel you need to keep searching. This audiobook explains all of it. I guess the first couple of chapters were my favorite ones, because the entire idea that the title describes, is discussed. All the essentials are there. Later in the book, more depth gets included, and I believe this is what makes it so great.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I hope you take my comments seriously, as I endorse this audio book to you. The ideas from the writer made a lot of sense to me. I agreed with everything, and that's one other reason that I am so excited about this book. The writer did not randomly select bits and pieces of wrong advice, but instead, sorted out the statements enough. Let me think ... how should I say this? It was professional, uncomplicated, and reasonable. With that being said, yes, I do highly recommend this. No question about it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Unbelievably good. That's what I think. I loved it so much that I might tune in to it again at some point. I actually did not notice something wrong with this book. If I am wrong, then let me know about that. But I found it to be nearly perfect, and that's what mattered to me.
