      I absolutely LOVED this book. As a mystery/thriller it had me from page one all the way till the end. Maggie Black is an agent of the British intelligence agency and she is one heck of a agent. In the story, Maggie is sent to Venice to stop a drug deal between two Venetian mafia families. With everything that was going on trying to stop the drug deal, Agent Black didn’t let anything bring her down or stop her.The story is very well written with so much action, mystery, and thrills that you don’t want to put the book down. As the first in a new series, I’m so glad to have read this and look forward to more in the life of agent Maggie Black.
