    So much in this book. I don’t think I’ve ever heard health, fitness, and a drive to be your best you in such an inspirational way.I’m going to listen to it again and make notes. I’m going to use it to make some changes. Thank you

    Tim is great because he is relatable. I feel he is honest about his struggles and his wins. Everything in this book is authentic right down to the chicken and dumplings. Very impactful and his driven me to #BeBetter.

    Filled with great, actionable advice, but maybe better suited for print since there are lots of instructions for fitness routines. Still great to hear Tim's voice, and the other main narrator was great as well.
