About this audiobook
Olga Lengyel tells, frankly and without compromise, one of the most horrifying stories of all time. This true, documented chronicle is the intimate, day-to-day record of a beautiful woman who survived the nightmare of Auschwitz and Birchenau. This audiobook is a necessary reminder of one of the ugliest chapters in the history of human civilization.
It was a shocking experience. It is a shocking memoir.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Intense and riveting. Best account l’ve ever listened to. The only complaint was that the entire book was read with a European accent which to my ears sounded fake and detracted from the whole.
