- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5The author is apparently a woman of science. Rather than sticking to practical methods, her quotations from a work of fiction the Bible, and her ideas that a salt bath will absolve negative feelings feel groundless.
This book would be ideal for those who believe in dream catchers and mythology.
Furthermore, the narrator is akin to an AI voiceover. I've never heard a human sound so similar to a robot before. It's jarring and distracting.
Just another book that tells you to be more positive rather than take responsibility for anything. A waste of time. - Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5This is one of the few books I couldn't make it all the way through. I had to stop listening because the author would not stop obsessively talking about how her husband had an affair. It became obvious that writing this book was about her working through her own trauma. I'm glad she made it trough... Now I'm searching for a book where the author's intent is on improving the reader
