      Fun, action-packed adventure with Cat trying to solve a murder while keeping her own past a secret. She is thwarted by Officer Nick Stanton, who is trying to solve a crime and keep her safe. Twists and turns all along the way, with a little romance! Read it!

      After just finishing an insipid sweetsie book by an author I generally enjoy, this book was a breath of fresh air! Miss Mann is a new author to me but will be listening to more! Good narrator, great story!!!

      3.5 stars. Started off with a real bang and there was some good intrigue and mystery.

      Narrator of the book was okay, but sometimes the voices seemed mixed up or overdone.

      Some of the storyline was just too over-the-top for me. There was too much emphasis on body parts and sexuality for a clean read. A proposal at the end was unrealistic.
