- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The kind of book that makes you want an immediate re-read to see the scattered hints you probably missed.
Made me hate the characters who needed support, not care about those who had key roles and suspect the innocent. It messed with my brain and made me think I had it all figured out. Just what I want from a mystery/thriller.1 person found this helpful
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Pretty good I was waiting for a bigger twist but still easy interesting story line.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5A fifth-grader could have wrote a better story. Imagine running out of descriptive words halfway through and just writing “why?... whyyy? whyyyyyy?!” While throwing in a couple f-bombs. WHY I continued to listen for the 10 hour entirety is because I enjoy Stephanie Racine that much. The story itself was a bore.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Very slow moving. It needed more to keep the reader engaged.
