- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Not a fan. Perhaps there is just too much about own religion and own spirituality that doesn't sound right for me. But i did take down some notes like the 12 areas i can improve... This book is something, yes, but its nit everything. I suggest read this book if u have self-awareness or else you would just be sucked into another person telling you how to live your life.
