About this audiobook
"A great storyteller." - New York Daily News
An ordinary parking lot in southern California. Christine Scavello and her six-year-old son are accosted by a strange old woman.
"I know who you are," the woman snaps at the boy. "I know what you are."
A scream, a threat-and then a grotesque act of violence. Suddenly Christine's pride and joy, her only son, is targeted by a group of religious fanatics. They've branded him the Antichrist. They want to kill him. And they are everywhere....
"A master storyteller, sometimes humorous, sometimes shocking, but always riveting." - The San Diego Union-Tribune
"Koontz is brilliant." - Chicago Sun-Times
"One of the finest and most versatile suspense writers." - The Macon Telegraph & News

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5the ending was a little bit open-ended but I love it! My first Dean Koontz!
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Story line is good aka Damien in the omen.
The intonation of the narrator was terrible.... same uprise at the end of every sentence. It detracted from the story - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Enjoyed the suspense and ending. Riveting storyline and characters. Thank you to author and narrator, great job!
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5The book was good until near the end, most times I read a Dean Koontz book its like watching an Anime with a ridiculous amount of filler episodes. Too much repetitive description of what the characters were thinking written multiple different was.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Another great. He never quits amazing. This time he left me guessing!
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This is the first book he’s written that l would probably not read again and I’ve read a good many that he’s written. He is one of my favorite authors. It is worth reading/listening to as the case may be, but it is not his best work.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5The storyline is a little redundant in that it has been done before and it tends to drag on in places . That being said, the ending makes up for a lot
