- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5It's a shame, the content is good but is is read like a grocery list, instead of a relaxing and reflective program.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5fantastic book, it's opened up my eyes to a whole new world that I could of done with 10 years ago. I'm going to listen to this book at least another 3 more times in a row so I can get every concept and every bit of knowledge I can
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I felt like this was a book better suited to the hard copy instead of audio.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Good techniques! And tips to easily incorporate in one’s life.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Absolutely great book, everyone should read or listen it!
Totally reccommend it! - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Will definitely recommend her voice and knowing! Peacefully reading !
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Creative visualization is a concept that I had heard of by various other names before. I had even tried some form of it in the past without knowing what I was really doing. This book does an excellent job of explaining what it is, what it will do for you, how to do it, and why it works. I am confident that if I use the methods described here, it will work for me and I look forward to seeing what I can accomplish through it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Learn how to use creative visualization and affirmations to manifest your desires. This book is FANTASTIC! Shakti Gawain's writing is lucid and vital; it's a pleasure to read.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5excellent book on self reflecion and visualization on creating what you want in life by using mental imagery and positive affirmations.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I found this book a quick, easy to read and understand guide to creative visualization. There are numerous techniques to try as well as any number of suggestions for adapting them to your own unique style. A book well worth the read.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Easy book with a new approach to meditation. I find the "life theories" are not so bothersome as to disturb from the techniques described.Under normal circumstances I would have given it three stars, since it is not very deep. But the book is such a quick and short read that the those few ideas are enjoyed easily.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This was the first book I ever read on visualisation. For me, this and the audio book, are the best grounding available in honing visualisation skills. The book contains an explanation of the techniques and exercises to help learn them. Shakti makes it all very easy to understand. It did help having a copy of the exercises in audio form, so that I could follow them easily.Perhaps this book changed my life the most out of any other book. After completing some of the exercises in this book, I emigrated to a new country and started a new life. Ignore this book, at your peril.
