- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This book presents some solid advice for getting thru a break up in a humorous format.
It's not super scientific or super well written but it's an entertaining read. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Funny, loved reading this and it actually got me feeling so much better. Thanks!!!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Exactly what I needed! I would recommend this to anyone going through a breakup.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Look how comforting this book looks. It's fluffy blue and bright pink and has a half-eaten carton of ice cream on the cover. And it actually made me feel better, as ashamed as I am to admit it. If I had found it in the early stages of heartbreak, however, I would have probably just found it enraging. I'd say it's more suited to that bruised-but-not-bleeding stage you hit later on, when you've pulled yourself together a bit and feel up to taking advice.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I laughed my way through this relationship advice book for getting through breakups. The tone is blunt, quick and fast. My favorite sections were the "Psycho Confessionals" where people told stories of what they did after a break-up. It just goes to show how everyone deals with the same issues, give or take, and although hilarious, it is also filled with a lot of good advice to move on.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5When I went through a breakup I bought this book on a whim. It is uplifting but more importantly it made me laugh! You wouldn't think a book can actually help you heal but I felt this book helped a lot! It offers great advice about self-esteem and relationships. When someone in my family got a divorce, I just left the book on the bed in hopes she might read it and she did! I saw her smile for the 1st time in days. This is a book every woman should have because sooner or later it will be needed. It's a must-have!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A perfect breakup buddy when you're feeling all alone during a painful breakup. This book really helped me get through some rough days and gave me the strength to live life to the fullest.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5My friend Meghan recommended this book to me and it's laugh-out-loud funny in parts. It's both very sympathetic and no-nonsense--a rare combination. I'm having trouble adhering to some of its basic tenets, however I suspect that's my own fault and not the book's!
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This book was great for a self-help book. It was funny and not condescending at all. While some advice was obvious, some others were very insightful. It helped me during difficult times.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This book may well end up saving my life. And my waistline.
