- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Me encantó la claridad con la que Dave comparte su mensaje, lo escucharé de nuevo.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great one for starting or older startups. Practical advice no matter the continent one is on. Sincere and forthright. The focus on the kingdom of God and eschewing debt as Christians and other faiths is noted and 'doing unto others as we would have them do unto us" as a way to think while conducting business makes for ease in decision making even when leadership is not present.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great info for small business or anyone in a leadership position.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5A thorough business building manual that not only gives the nuts and bolts of starting a business, but gives the heart as well.
Ramsey's direct approach does not gloss over the problems, but helps overcome them.
He gives leadership the responsibility and the accountability necessary to solve the problems that will arise.
After reading it, you come away inspired, motivated and excited to make your own business work.
His reminders to start small and stay out of debt are helpful in this day when easy credit and loans pound hard on a business door.
He shows that Christian principles lived in business is possible. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5First of all, if you don’t know who Dave Ramsey is, that probably means:you’re not a Christianyou’re not a business owneryou’re not massively in debtyou live under a rockTake your pick. Regardless, the short story is, Dave is an author, speaker and Host of a nationally syndicated radio program discussing personal finance topics. Strongly emphasizes reducing, avoiding, and eliminating debt. If you’ve seen him speak live, he’s funny, down to earth and very easy to listen to.I read his book Total Money Makeover and I was excited to look at his new book EntreLeadership. I think right away you always need to remember that Dave knows that much of his audience isn’t Christian. So those of you who know him from his Financial Peace videos will probably be expecting more “Christian application,” and while Dave does acknowledge key themes taught in the scriptures, he doesn’t spend a lot of time there in this book.EntreLeadership isn’t a french word, it’s a compound word that Dave invented that consists of the word “entrepreneur” and “leadership.” Dave believes that true leaders take risks. So an EntreLeader is someone who leads a venture to grow and prosper. When Dave looks to hire leaders for his companies, he looks for people who not only have proven track records as leaders, but also people who have the “passion and push of an entrepreneur.”Dave teaches through his book that the success and fall of any organization always lies with its leaders. So EntreLeadership is a leadership bible packed full of Dave’s ideas on mission statements, vision, goals, time management and much more. And since much of what Dave teaches is rooted in his faith, a lot of what he is writing is transferable to church leaders as well as parents. So EntreLeadership is a great book if you’re a leader of 12 or 200, but don’t confuse it with a “money book” or a “business growth” book. Dave has written a book that basically discusses a philosophy of leadership, it’s not a “here’s how to grow your company” book. Your company may grow because you apply these principles, but the point of the book is not healthy growth – it’s healthy leadership. And this might be what separates other leadership books from EntreLeadership. I think with Dave’s book he is starting from the “starting line.” And that’s you. Most leaders don’t realize that they have more power in their arsenal, but they seldom use it; and the ones who do know that they have power, use it improperly.I loved this book and will quickly be adapting its teachings. I highly recommend this book as I would any of Dave Ramsey’s products.
