Nature and art are synonymous with creativity and health benefits. So what better than a piece of living art that will grow on you (or for you)!

It takes few tools, little effort and not many dollars to produce an aesthetically and emotionally pleasing result. I made my first piece of living wall art with a friend; you might also consider enlisting someone to share the experience.

You can obtain all the materials you need from a hardware store and nursery or you can use found objects such as old fence palings for the frame and plants from your own garden to create a living tapestry.
