Orange Cream Bars
MAKES 9 SERVINGS
1½ cups vanilla wafer crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1⅛ cups confectioners’ sugar
¾ cup orange crème yogurt
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon orange zest
⅓ cup fresh orange juice
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Garnish: whipped topping, orange zest
