Silicone food covers (often called “silicone lids” or “reusable lids”) are heat-resistant, dishwasher-safe, reusable alternatives to plastic wrap. They come in two styles: stretch covers that expand to wrap around bowls’ rims and flat covers that rest on top of bowls’ rims. We tested three sets of stretch covers and three sets of flat covers, priced from about $1 to about $16 per cover.
