LEMON DRIZZLE LAYER CAKE
This lemon cake is moist, zingy and totally delicious.
SERVES 8
✣ 150g (5oz) softened butter
✣ 200g (7oz) caster sugar
✣ 4 eggs
✣ 142ml pot of soured cream
✣ 275g (9½oz) self-raising flour
✣ Zest of 2 large lemons
✣ 3tbsp limoncello For the filling:
✣ 300g (10oz) full-fat cream cheese
✣ 150g (5oz) lemon curd
