    Q My husband and I have a five-year-old daughter whom I basically raised alone as we lived apart – him with his parents, and our daughter and I with my grandparents. Even though we lived close to one another he never made an effort to spend much time with us.

    Recently my grandparents passed away and they left their house to me and my child. My husband was thrilled and so was I, as we could finally live together
