Upgrading Patient Care

The passion of St Luke’s Medical Center (SLMC) for improved, redefined and evolved excellence in medical and patient services is well-known. This passion has been a cornerstone, among others, of SLMC’s mission to deliver state-of-the-art healthcare to its patients.

It all began with the hospital’s Customer Care unit launched in 1986 and manned by only three people. SLMC modelled its Concierge Service after a hotel to induce a more high-quality service feel. After two decades, SLMC-Quezon City (SLMC-QC) launched the Patient Experience Group in the Philippine healthcare industry
