• 2 freshly cooked crabs, broken into pieces• 1 medium tomato, sliced• 1 small onion, finely sliced• 2• A handful of green beans, finely sliced• 1 carrot, finely sliced• 1 tbsp red chilli, chopped• 1 tbsp lime juice• 1 tbsp fish sauce• 1 tbsp soy sauce• ½ tsp brown sugar
