he Sydney CBD is now home to its own (the first opened in Canberra in 2015). The hotel is underwent a three-year renovation, with Paul Kelly Design behind the makeover. The Gold Coast’s has opened, and with it come refreshed dining offerings. Restaurants including Misono (a luxe teppanyaki and sushi restaurant, boasting views over the Gold Coast hinterland) and Chapter & Verse Bar and Lounge (a cool cocktail bar with a focus on house-grown herbs).
