NOTES

Pattern is worked in the amigurumi method. Work stitches continuously in a spiral without closing off each round with a slip stitch. It may help to use a stitch marker in the first stitch of each round, moving it up as you work.

This Globe is intended to be stuffed very firmly. The spacing of the increases and decreases allows it to assume a perfectly spherical shape when fully stuffed.

This pattern is designed to be worked from right to left, and from the North Pole. If you are left-handed, you can flip your work inside out for the colour changes to display correctly, but your finished Globe will look slightly different from the Globe pictured here. Change colour on the final yrh of st before colour change is indicated.

Fasten off the previous colour instead of carrying it. When you stuff the Globe this will allow it to stretch out into a spherical shape.

GLOBE

Using Yarn A, make a magic loop.
