Is it TIME to DISCONNECT?

Lockdown has changed the way we communicate with one another, and during these unnerving times of ever-changing government restrictions, technology has often been our lifeline. From social catch-ups on FaceTime, virtual work meetings on Zoom and having immediate unfiltered access to what’s going on in the world – more than ever we’ve been leaning on tech to grapple with daily life.

‘There have been enormous positives that have come from the digital world. We have discovered new forms of connection with people all over the world. We have information available to us at the drop of a hat. Instant gratification, stimulation and connection are just some of the benefits that we gain from technology,’ says health and life coach, Nicky Clinch.
