It may not be the main event, but all food takes on more importance on Christmas Day – breakfast included! If you know that you’ve got a day of indulgence ahead, start the day with a nutrient-rich breakfast.
Try smoked salmon or bacon with scrambled egg and a sourdough bagel, or, alternatively, layer yogurt, granola and fresh fruit in a glass, with some nuts and seeds for added texture.
