elanie Flint has always worn—and will always wear—many hats. From bartending to cooking to event planning, she’s experienced every aspect of the hospitality industry. Now, she takes on the role of business owner “I wanted to be able to accommodate people who just needed something quick and easy, but nicer than the office administrator picking up chips and salsa,” says Flint.
