    • 1 large fresh strawberry, rinsed and hulled• 25ml/1fl oz simple sugar syrup• 2 tbsp Eden Mill Love Gin, or similar rose-forward, floral pink gin• 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice• Ice cubes• About 75ml/3fl oz well-chilled sparkling pale rosé wine• Edible rose petal, to garnish
