NSPCA loses another round in bid to stop livestock exports

The National Council of Societies for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals’ (NSPCA) efforts to achieve a permanent ban on all livestock exports from South Africa by sea have been dealt another blow.
Most recently, the Grahamstown, then moored in East London harbour, released from court-ordered detention.
