4 cups soy milk (or plant-based alternative)
½ tsp salt
1 packet vegan flaky pastry
3 double shots coffee or approx 1 cup coffee

Caramelle

1 cup raw or white1 cup soy milk¼ cup cooking oil, e.g. rice bran2 tsp vanilla1 pinch salt
