TO BOTTLE OR KEG

When I started brewing many years ago, I spent many hours washing and sanitizing bottles each time I bottled a brew. I’d bottle in my recycled crate glass bottles and keep them inside for a couple of days to keep warm while they gassed up before moving them into our garage for storage. It was not uncommon to have 10- or 12-dozen crates stacked up in the garage at any one time.
