PREP + COOK TIME 45 MIN SERVES 6

1 large orange (see note)
1/3 cup self-raising flour
1/3 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
¼ cup Dutch-processed cocoa
¼ cup firmly-packed brown sugar
1/3 cup trim milk
1 egg
1 cup boiling water
Vanilla ice cream, to serve

1 Preheat oven to 150°C. Lightly grease a 1-litre shallow ovenproof dish.
