Like many National Trust gardens the length and breadth of the country, for many months this year, Mottisfont in Hampshire missed the large team of gardeners and volunteers that help daily to maintain its beautiful landscape. In recent months, however, the garden team has been working hard to present the winter garden at its best for the season. Head gardener Jonny Norton explains why it is such a seasonal highlight.
