■ ¼ of a savoy cabbage■ ½ of a spring green■ 1 large white■ 1 heads of pak choi■ 1 small bunch of spring onions■ 200g avocado flesh■ 50ml extra virgin olive oil■ 50ml lemon juice■ 150g low-fat creme fraiche■ 200g cold smoked salmon■ 50g sunflower seeds■ 50g toasted pumpkin seeds
