CALL ME MR BROWN THE QANTAS BOMB HOAX UNCOVERED

It was a story ripped straight from the pages of a Hollywood movie script.

On May 26, 1971, a man who went by the mysterious moniker ‘Mr Brown’ called Qantas headquarters with some chilling news.

He warned the Qantas 755 en route to Hong Kong from Sydney was carrying a deadly explosive and was set to detonate when the plane descended.
