    Q I’m a 26-year-old guy who’s a shy and quiet person. I find it extremely challenging to speak to women. My relationships never last longer than about three months and this has worsened the anxiety and depression I experience.

    When I googled what I think my problem could be, I came across the word alexithymia and I think that’s what it is.
