steaming artichokes
and serving with
hollandaise sauce
ROAST POTATOES WITH SAUTÉED BEANS AND PEAS
SERVES 4
400g potatoes
400g purple potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
200g green beans
6 spring onions
200g peas
1 tbsp salted butter
Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas 4. Scrub all the potatoes, cut them in half and mix with the olive oil, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Place on a baking tray and roast for 40 minutes.
