    For more than a century, the Fairmont name has made its mark in the hospitality industry for luxury hotel and dining experiences. Like most resorts and restaurants, the Fairmont’s international community of properties took a few months hiatus from regular services following the initial COVID-19 breakout. As the dining and hospitality industry starts to explore new safety and health regulations, several Fairmont hotels in North America are ready to safely open their doors and welcome back guests to stay, as well as to enjoy the beloved tradition of afternoon tea along with the Fairmont’s Lot 35 line of signature teas.
