So long, Bidvest Wits ... welcome back, Swallows

How ironic it is that, as one old South African football club ceases to exist, another iconic outfit makes a return to top-flight football.

Yesterday, the country bid a sad farewell to the 99-year-old Bidvest Wits, who have given way to Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila.

Most of us have fond memories of the Students or Clever Boys, as Wits were called.
