ONE-POT chickpea & lamb curry

Winter is here and everyone has a hankering for hearty, familiar favourites. But you don’t have to reinvent the wheel, because we’ve done it for you! Our weeknight menu is packed full of classics with a twist, like chicken stroganoff, Japanese bolognaise and a vego spin on cottage pie. This quick and easy korma has to be our new fave. Served with a super simple coconut sambal, it’ll be eaten up quicker than it takes to make – and it only takes 30 minutes!
