NOTES

Blanket is made up of 49 Squares. There are 5 different Square patterns, which are all worked in rounds. If a Square has ‘To Make Up’ instructions, refer to the images for guidance. The Blanket has been designed as a join-as-you-go (JAYG) pattern, however you can work the final round without joining and sew the Squares together if you prefer. The JAYG round will be worked at the end, once all the Squares have been made. We recommend blocking each Square before joining.

Using Sand, make a magic loop.

Round 1 (RS) Ch3 (counts as a tr throughout), 11tr into loop, ss to top of beg ch-3 to join. [12 sts]
