DECIMO
Peter Sanchez-Iglesias’ Decimo, on the 10th floor of The Standard hotel, has views across London and 70s-inspired décor (think rattan and yucca). It’s a glamorous spot to eat. Sanchez-Iglesias also runs Michelin-starred Casamia and Paco Tapas in Bristol, but Decimo is his first London venue. The menu is Spanish with Mexican influences; small plates include croquetas, aguachile, quesadillas and tacos (p142), as well as mains such as quail with mole glaze, plenty of fish options and the very beautiful mushroom bomba rice (p142, and pictured right). Open for dinner Tuesdays to Saturdays from 6pm. decimo.london
